After joining our company, you will first study our industry’s basic knowledge through classroom learning. I decided to join because I felt that the company culture encourages trying new things if you have the drive. I applied because they were hiring people with no experience. As I expected, it's an environment where I can think, propose, and deliver ideas on my own.

I think it's a company where everyone can voice their opinions, and can have a close relationship with the CEO. It's an environment where you can easily consult with those around you when you encounter difficulties, so there is no need to worry even if you are inexperienced. We often have casual conversations, and I feel that the interpersonal relationships within the company are good.

Job Description

You will be responsible for sales activities and direction tasks related to advertising.

[Response to Inquiries]
There are no strict quotas or unreasonable cold calling or door-to-door sales! You will be handling inquiries and interactions with companies that have contacted us and existing clients.

[Advertising Planning and Proposals]
For companies with advertising needs, you will plan, propose, and carry out advertising plans. You will create plans with flexible ideas to solve business challenges.

[Web Direction]
Once a client approves, you will start creating web advertisements! As a director, you will be responsible for overall design and production progress management.

Monthly salary of ¥250,000 to ¥320,000 + bonus + various allowances
